Pacific West provided a written proposal of the work to be done and the price to be charged. It included the State License Number, bonding and insurance information, a Better Business Report, a list of referrals, and Dunn Edwards information on the quality of paint to be used. Bill Dumond, owner, helped with suggestions to pick the right color and put sample colors on 2 different places to compare under different light conditions. A four man crew came when they said they would and finished in four days with a minimum of disruption. They did a great job and we had nothing but praise for the work they had done and the house looks great.
